RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.20102 of 2018 order dated 13.11.2018 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, Madurai District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 13.11.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties with in a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel would submit that due to recent natural calamity, namely "Gaja Cyclone", the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties and that now sureties are available and he is ready to comply with the conditions.
