ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner alleges that she had given a complaint against the third respondent and the second respondent is not taking any action thereon. The petitioner can as well move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court for relief, if so advised and it is for the jurisdictional Magistrate to take a call in the matter. Invocation of the writ remedy is misconceived.
