O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is completed and yet to file the final report. original petition, they could not file the final report. 4.It is seen from the records that there are serious allegations as against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court finds that there is no merit in the petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and it cannot be quashed on its threshold. Hence, this Court is of the view that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged Investigation.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the first respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
