This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the respondents to find out the petitioner's daughter-in-law namely Abrin Fathima W/o. K.M.Sahul Hameed aged about 20 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Honourable Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's son namely Sahul Hameed had married one Abrin Fathima and thereafter he left to Dubai. Due to some misunderstanding between the said Abrin Fathima and her mother in-law she left the matrimonial home and went to her parents house and on 08.10.2019, the said Abrin Fathima had informed her mother that she is going to her office and thereafter she had not returned back home. complaint given by one Sakila Banu, the mother of Abrin Fathima, the respondent police had registered a case in crime No.238 of 2019 under the caption 'Women Missing' and investigation is going on.
