ORDER

The petitioner seeks the limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of her application dated 25.11.2021 for surveying her property. The petitioner has been issued patta on 09.09.2021 and thereafter, she has requested for survey on her lands. The petitioner has also sent a reminder by way of an online application on 16.12.2024. The petitioner has also paid the requisite charges for survey.

2.In view of the above, I have seen no impediment for the respondents proceeding to conduct a survey and consequent to the petitioner's application. The respondents shall satisfy themselves with regard to the genuineness of the documents of the petitioner and conduct a survey, based on the petitioner's application, dated 16.12.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
