This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Cr.M.P.No.1886 of 2014 in S.T.C.No.129 of 2010 dated 17.04.2014. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case has been settled in the lower court between the petitioner and the respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
