This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.396 of 2015, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police station dated 21.05.2015.
2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the first respondent would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.396 of 2015 and the same was closed as action dropped on 20.08.2016.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
