PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 13.07.2011, passed by the respondent in RC No.379/A1/07 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to release the machineries belonging to the petitioner kept inside the shed No.39 at MAHA Industrial Estate, Uranganpatti, which was allotted in favour of the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed as against the order of the respondent, cancelling the allotment of Shed No.39 at Mahia, Industrial Estate and not permitting the petitioner to take the machineries.

2.Today(18.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks short accommodation that the petitioner is not reacheable. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are ready to return the machineries provided that the petitioner approach them and settle the dues to the SIDCO. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9012 of 2011 4.In view of submission made by the respondents and considering the fact that this writ petition is pending from the year 2010, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner, to approach the respondents and the respondents shall consider the petitioner's case sympathetically and take a decision, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
