ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein direct the 1st Respondent to appoint a Superior Police Officer for the investigation of a case in Crime No.337/2019 registered by the 2nd Respondent under his direct supervision and file the final report within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'Further Action dropped'.
