O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders permitting the petitioner to perform the Thai Thiruvizha festival and rituals during Aayilya Natchathiram before Arulmigu Nellaiyappar Arultharum Gandhimathi Ambal Thirukovil, Tirunelveli, scheduled to be held on 02.02.2026, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025 has already been considered by the second respondent and the petitioner's request has been rejected vide proceedings dated 03.01.2026. A copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the 2/4
