PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the third respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.450/2011/A1, dated 12.09.2011 and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct the auction in accordance with the law.
