2. Originally the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail showing the respondent as Inspector of Police, Aravakuruchi Police Station, Karur Taluk and District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case was registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chinna Dharapuram Police Station in Crime No. 99 of 2015 and the same Inspector of Police is Circle Inspector for Aravakuruchi Police Station, Karur Taluk and District also and therefore, the name has to be amended as Inspector of Police, Chinna Dharapuram Police Station.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor opposed the amendment contending that the petitioner is not having a case before the Aravakuruchi Police Station in Crime No. 99 of 2015 and they have deliberately mentioned the respondent as Inspector of Police, Aravakuruchi Police Station and obtained order and therefore, they have to file a separate application for anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No. 99 of 2015, on the file of Inspector of Police, Chinnadharapuram Police Station and the Inspector of Police is the Circle Inspector for Aravakuruchi Police Station also.
