ORDER

The petitioner was arrested for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC. He was granted bail by the Court below but on certain stiff conditions. The petitioner is aggrieved by the imposition of the said condition. He, therefore, moved this Court for relief.

2.The petitioner can as well move the very same Court and if his request is denied, he would be justified in moving this Court for relief. The petitioner is not justified in straight away moving this Court for relief. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to move the very same learned Magistrate for modification or relaxation of the condition imposed on him, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
