Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint. The petitioner has effective remedy available under law. Invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.PC is misconceived. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
