The prayer in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.3603/A1/2009 dated 23.02.2011 and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as Anganvadi worker at Athikombai Anganwadi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9107 of 2011 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that the petitioner who sought for appointment as Anganvadi worker, is no more and he has produced the death certificate dated 27.05.2019 to that effect. Recording the above submission and the death certificate, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
