PRAYER :- To extend the time period for the appearance of the 1st petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16433/2019 order dated 26.11.2019 in Cr.No.130/2019 on the file of the 1st Respondent. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.16433 of 2019, dated 26/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
