ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.A.Ebenezer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.Thiruvadikumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr.S.P.Veerapandi, Advocate for the respondent No.3, this Court made the following order:

Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order from 26.12.2023, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
