The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent to dispose of the revision pending before him that was presented by the petitioner on 08.10.2025 challenging the order passed by the third respondent on 07.02.2014. The petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent which was rejected by him on 06.08.2025 on the ground of laches. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred a revision before the first respondent on 06.10.2025 which is pending.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision presented by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the fourth respondent.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
