Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.573 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17310 of 2017, dated 29.01.2018.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
