This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A3/23919/2011 dated 30.05.2011 promoting the second respondent as Headmistress and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner for promotion as Headmistress of Primary School (ADW).

2. Today when the Writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has submitted that the matter becomes infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. W.P.(MD) No.9200 of 2011 endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
