O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent not to harass or ill-treat the petitioners and their family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are said to be the parents of one Marimuthu, who is said to have married another girl, who is also major. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that at the time of enquiry, the petitioners have been harassed by the respondent police.

4. But, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners were only called for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that as the said Marimuthu and the girl are said to be majors, the third respondent shall not harass the petitioners by calling them for enquiry.

6. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners by way of enquiry.
