Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to transfer the investigation with reference to Crime No.628/14 pending on the file of the 7th respondent police to the file of an independent investigating agency such as the CBCID or any other appropriate agency and direct them to file a report before this court after conducting a proper investigation in the above captioned crime numbers.

Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation from the file of the seventh respondent to any other agency, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that all the papers in Crime No.628/14 have already been given to the Superintendent of Police for transferring the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, considering the allegations made, the respondent police is directed not to call the petitioners for enquiry. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
