2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 19.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed.

4.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. The case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302 I.P.C., So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).
