ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19036 of 2019, dated 18/12/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.287 of 2020 and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
