(In all Writ Petitions) COMMON ORDER The Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the Labour Court award to quash that portion of the order wherein it has rejected the back wages and a consequential prayer to pay the back wages for the period starting from 17.09.2009 to till date.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent Management had closed. Therefore, the learned counsel submits that the matters have become infructuous.

3. Hence the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
