O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to issue a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu namely Santhiya, D/o.Ramamoorthy, aged about 24 years and to produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the detenu Santhiya, D/o.Ramamoorthy is aged about 24 years and based on a complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was initiated in CSR No. 3 of 2020.

3. The detenu namely Santhiya, D/o.Ramamoorthy is produced by the respondent police before this Court and this Court enquired the detenue. She has expressed her willingness to go with her mother https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 645 of 2020 and her mother/petitioner is also present before this Court. The statement is recorded.
