ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

, and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the accused have demanded 30 sovereign of gold jewels as additional dowry and also harassed the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely roped in this case and it is further submitted that as per direction of this court, the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant had appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the de-facto complainant has informed in the Mediation Centre that she is not willing for re-union. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners No.2 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
