ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant permission and police protection for the conduct of 'Adal Padal' Programme in connection with temple festival of "Sri Arulmighu Valambur Sri Sakthi Vinayagar, Arulmigu Vadaku Vassal Sri Chellayyee Amman" at Peelamedu Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the representation dated 04.01.2021.
2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending.
