ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.130 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 506(i), 341 and 364 of IPC and hence, seek bail. 2.While granting bail to the petitioners on 29.07.2015, this Court referred the matter to the Mediation to explore the possibility of settlement.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the intervenor that the dispute between the accused and the de facto complainant has been amicably settled, before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

4. The learned counsels have also filed a joint memo of compromise signed by both parties and the counsels.

5. The joint memo compromise is record.
