Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21900 of 2018 on 13.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in this case and it has not been taken on file.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.21900 of 2018 on 13.12.2018, is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent, as and when required.
