ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.A perusal of the status report filed by the second respondent shows that there are 19 criminal cases against the petitioner mainly for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 379, 380, 387, 392, 457, 506(ii) 511 of the Indian Penal Code, out of which, he was convicted in eight cases and acquitted in eleven cases. According to the Additional Public Prosecutor, the First Information Report in Crime No.281 of 2019 of Vachakarapatti Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code is still pending against the present petitioner. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of with a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
