The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, not to interfere until disposal of the civil suit in O.S. No. 265 of 2019 pending before the Principal District Court, Dindigul District this dispute totally civil in nature and also not to harass the petitioner based on his representation on 03.01.2020.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.
