3. The representation pertains to removal of an individual from the post of Panchayat President of Kappiyari Town Panchayat in Kanyakumari District.

4. There is no disputation or contestation that the period of office is over. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. Instant Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
