The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner moved this Petition seeking direction against the 2nd Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner, on the complaint of the 4th and 5th Respondents.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the enquiry conducted and the same was closed on 04.01.2024. But, there are civil dispute pending between the Petitioner and the Respondents 4 and 5.
