Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the petition in Cr.M.P.No.4658 of 2018 pending on the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the petition in Cr.M.P.No.4658 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the case pending in Cr.M.P.No.4658 of 2018 within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of, and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
