This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.393 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.393 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram on 14.09.2020, however the same has not been taken cognizance.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
