RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.786 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15791 of 2018 dated 31/01/2019 for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties,

the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD)No.786 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15791 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.786 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15791 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
