ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.42 of 2020 dated 04.02.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil by way of e-filing in No.13069 of 2022 on 10.08.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
