: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned selection list of Assistant Engineers(Electrical) dated 4.5.2002, on the file of the third respondent and the consequential communication in Letter No.75295/467/G.1/G.11/2012-4 dated 8.10.2012 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer within the time stipulated by this Court.
