ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.24 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent filed as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation in crime No.24 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the charge sheet has been taken cognizance and the case also ended in acquittal on 11.10.2017 by the learned Mahila Judge, Tirunelveli and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
