ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-2 in Crime No.31 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 31.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (B) of NDPS Act and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused was found in possession of 10 Kgs of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the contraband was recovered from the third accused and he is implicated only on the basis of the confession of the co-accused.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case in Crime No.538 of 2015.

5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
