This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2023 and file final report.

Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police, after conducting investigation, had laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
