ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.7 in Crime No.316 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 14.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused 1 to 4 have committed theft of lorry bearing Registration No.TN 76 Y 1671 and the other accused have helped them.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the prime accused have already been secured and the overt act attributed against this petitioner is that he helped the accused 1 to 4 for commission of the offence of theft.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the lorry was secured by the respondent and the petitioner has no bad antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 30/06/2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
