This petition was disposed of on 03.06.2026. Today, it is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in C.C.No.98 of 2025, the petitioner was convicted and sentenced one year simple imprisonment under Section 331(4) of BNS and another one year simple imprisonment under Section 305(a) of BNS, 2023. However, the same has not been mentioned in Paragraph No.3 of the order. Hence, it is listed today.

3.In Paragraph No.3 of the 2nd line of the order dated 03.06.2026, instead of 'the petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.98 of 2025 and sentenced to one year simple imprisonment' , the following sentence shall be substituted by the Registry:

"The petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.98 of 2025 and sentenced one year simple imprisonment under Section 331(4) of BNS and sentenced another one year simple imprisonment under Section 305(a) of BNS, 2023". 1/3

4.Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner. 15.06.2026.
