This petition filed Under Section 439(1)(b) of Criminal Procedure Code praying to modify the (ii) condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.6955 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court instead of appearing before the Chengelpattu Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m. Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.Ramu, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1254 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date. extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court monthly once, i.e., first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
