RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANNT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the Anticipatory bail condition imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.15770 of 2018 dated 18/09/2018 in connection with Cr.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kollankodu Police Station, Kollankodu, Kanyakumari District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15770 of 2018 on 18.09.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15770 of 2018 on 18.09.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
