ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2025, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he had purchased a four wheeler from the proposed accused, namely Kalaiselvi and Manivannan for a sum of Rs.8,80,000/-. Despite the same, the proposed accused failed to hand over the RC book of the said vehicle. Subsequently, the employees of Shriram Finance seized the said vehicle on the ground that the installment amounts due to the said finance company had not been paid. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 24.12.2025 and before the 1st respondent on 26.12.2025. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the petitioner has come before this Court.
