Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from filling up the posts of Cook and Sweeper in Trichy District through direct recruitment in pursuant to the paper publication issued in Daily Thanthi dated 21.09.2020 without filling up the same by way of deployment from the surplus staffs and consequently to direct the respondents to issue public notification notifying the vacancies and communal roster for recruitment to the post of Cook and Sweeper and

proceed with recruitment process in conformity with Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :
