PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.346/2011, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti and quash the same as illegal.

(In all Crl.Ops) Govt.Advocate (crl.side) COMMON ORDER The petitions have been filed praying to quash the charge sheets filed in C.C.No.211/2011, C.C.No.295/2012 and C.C.No.346/2011 respectively, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti.

2. These are the cases and counter cases between the parties. There is a civil dispute pending between the parties, resulting in wordy quarrels.

3. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, compromise memos, have been filed, signed by the parties, wherein it has been stated that the disputes have been settled amicably between the parties and the defacto complainants in all the petitions are not willing to continue the litigation. The respective parties are also present before this Court along with their respective counsels. 4.In view of the said compromise memo, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the proceedings in C.C.No.211/2011, C.C.No.295/2012 and C.C.No.346/2011 respectively, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti

5. In the result, the Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.211/2011, C.C.No.295/2012 and C.C.No.346/2011 respectively, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, are quashed.
