side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.434 of 2018, dated 10.01.2018 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 05.02.2018 to till date. Further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
